    The Description

    A traditional slip-on country boot designed originally for function around the countryside including horse riding.

    A dealer boot is often known as a Chelsea boot. Our Henry boot features iconic ‘Tricker’s’ brogue detailing, two elastic side panels and tabs to ensures they easy to get on and off. Built on a storm welt to ensure of a watertight seal between upper and sole.

    The Leather

    C.F Stead waxy suede is a traditional heavy weight “Hunting Suede” or reverse suede.It offers a characteristic rough, casual suede with a completely natural full grain on the reverse, which is provided oiled and waxed to provide a high level of weather proofing.This offers comfort and durability, and the waxed suede can be readily brushed and re-waxed to restore the original look after heavy wear.

    The Fit

    This last has been used for decades. It is part of our history and character as England's oldest shoe manufacturer.The size (length fitting) of Tricker’s footwear made on this last (4444) is larger than a regular UK size by half a size. If you are unsure of your UK size, use our size guide to convert your known size to a UK size. Then take off half a size.So if you normally take a UK size 8 (equivalent to US size 9, Japan size 27 and EU size 42), we recommend you order a size 7½ and so on.
