    The Description

    A traditional slip-on country boot designed originally for function around the countryside including horse riding.

    A dealer boot is often known as a Chelsea boot. Our Henry boot features iconic ‘Tricker’s’ brogue detailing, two elastic side panels and tabs to ensures they easy to get on and off. Built on a storm welt to ensure of a watertight seal between upper and sole.

    The Leather

    After several seasons of working in partnership with Wet-Green (the creators of Olivenleder) and Weinheimer Tannery (who create our exclusive Olivvia Leather) we have now created our classic Acorn Calf using the vegetable tanning process as part of our mission to ensure of sustainability.This collection is and extension to our pervious Olivvia classic range which was in black and espresso and uses a Vibram Vi-Lite sole to give a rugged commando sole look whilst being extremely lightweight and cushioned.Olivvia Leather is exclusive to Tricker’s and is tanned using Olive leaves, this is fully sustainable and every piece of waste in the process can go back into the land. You can rest assured that Olivvia is truly sustainable, exceeding every standard set by those who created the tanning liquor.

    The Fit

    This last has been used for decades. It is part of our history and character as England's oldest shoe manufacturer.The size (length fitting) of Tricker’s footwear made on this last (4444) is larger than a regular UK size by half a size. If you are unsure of your UK size, use our size guide to convert your known size to a UK size. Then take off half a size.So if you normally take a UK size 8 (equivalent to US size 9, Japan size 27 and EU size 42), we recommend you order a size 7½ and so on.

    These are a generous fit and therefore typically larger by half a size. If you normally take a UK size 8, we recommend you try a size 7½.
